Do you want a customer service role with a difference? We’re looking for apprentices who want to make a positive impact and go above and beyond to make our customers’ experience the very best it can be. We want self-motivated individuals with a passion for customer service and who are ready to put in the work to be experts in their field. You’ll be sourcing parts, finding the best deals and managing the warehouse stock to ensure we always deliver the best deals to our customers.
As well as receiving on-the-job training, you’ll be trained at our in-house Parts Academy and GTG Training and will be regularly assessed.
You’ll learn how to:
You must have gained or be working towards National 4 or above (or accredited equivalent) in Maths, English and a science or technical subject.
You must have gained or be working towards GCSE 4-9 or above (or accredited equivalent) in Maths, English and a science or technical subject.
96% of our apprentices are kept on in full-time employment with Arnold Clark after their apprenticeship. And your training doesn’t stop there – you can then go on to become a Parts Advisor, a Supervisor or Warehouse Manager.
