At Arnold Clark, we’re committed to creating an inclusive environment for both our customers and employees. From sponsoring Pride events across the UK to establishing our LGBTQ+ and allies’ network, Drive Together – we’re taking strides to develop a culture we can be proud of.

Our Drive Together network was developed in 2022 to bring together our LGBTQ+ people and their allies, foster a sense of community and to raise awareness of LGBTQ+ issues within Arnold Clark and beyond.

Here’s what the network has achieved so far and what’s in the works:

Introduced a Transitioning at Work policy.
Created a support network for our employees.
Became a member of the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (ENEI).
Continued to support Pride events throughout the UK.
We have plans to grow our network and expand the work we do with our employees and local communities.
